Is dying! Prince Andrew left with nothing as doctor says Sarah Ferguson’s cancer has no cure

Prince Andrew has been exploring the possibility of passing the lease of his Royal Lodge to his ex-wife Fergie or his daughters Beatric and Eugene in a battle over his home.

The Duke and Duchess of York, who divorced in 1996, continue to live together at Andrew’s Royal Lodge mansion in Windsor Great Park despite threats of eviction by the king.

The Duke signed a 75-year lease in 2003 when he took over the Royal residence, where the late Queen Mother lived until her death in 2002.

The 30 room mansion is in urgent need of renovation, and the king believes Andrew has no way of paying for the estimated £2 million worth of repairs. Royal sources suggest that Andrew could hand the lease to his daughters Princess Beatric and Princess Eugene or a trust set up in their names.

However, sources suggest that the sisters would not want the burden of taking on the property, as they would be better investing their money in other areas.
