Go to hell! Irs begins investigation of Archewell as tax form 990 exposing money laundering

Archwell, a charity founded by Harry and Megan Holt, is facing IRS scrutiny for shady financial dealings and questionable grants.

The charity raised just $50,000 in 2020, spending over $55,000 in legal fees to form and dissolve its previous charities.

Archwell’s CEO, James Holt, receives an annual salary of $59,000 and $3,000 in other benefits. The charity received a $10 million donation from an anonymous St donor, with the identity and motives of the donor remaining a mystery.

Archwell allocated just $3 million in funding to various purposes, primarily related to refugee resettlement and COVID-19 vaccine distribution.

Critics have accused the couple of using Archwell as a front for money laundering and tax evasion, as well as a platform for their political agenda and personal brand.

They have been involved in several lawsuits and disputes with the media, and their recent interview with Oprah Winfrey has been widely criticized.
