David Beckham, Mark Wahlberg settle dispute with training company F45

David Beckham and Mark Wahlberg Settle Lawsuit

David Beckham and Mark Wahlberg’s F45 Training have decided to put their bad beef behind them and have settled their legal issue with a deal that sees them retain the soccer star as a brand ambassador for the fitness company.

According to a release from F45 Training Holdings Inc. via Entertainment tonightparent company F45 Training struck a deal to settle a lawsuit previously filed by DB Ventures Limited over an ambassadorship deal for Beckham.

As part of the deal, DB Ventures Limited is set to drop charges against F45 Training and Beckham retains his ambassadorship.

“We are pleased to resolve this matter and maintain our investment in F45 and wish the team the best for the future,” said Authentic Brands Group Executive Vice President Dan Dienst.

The group has a controlling stake in Beckham’s management business which handles his endorsements.

Beckham’s business management company sued Wahlberg’s F45 Training in October 2022 for breach of contract and is seeking more than $10 million in damages after accusing them of “fraudulent solicitation, according to court documents.
