Mark, a devoted German Shepherd owner, takes his dog Kila for a walk near a lake. However, Kila’s behavior becomes strange, and she pulls Mark towards the water, leading him to be pulled in unexpectedly. Mark struggles to keep afloat and free himself, but when he reaches the shore, he realizes Kila is still missing.
A large search party forms, and Mark dives back into the lake to find her. He discovers several large crates at the lake bed, which make him suspect something sinister. Mark continues his search and finds Kila trapped inside one of the crates, alive but frightened. The crowd rejoices, but Mark is left with unease, wondering about the purpose of the crates.
