Hailey Baldwin is reportedly keeping her baby son, Jack, away from her parents, Stephen and Kennya Baldwin.
Hailey and her husband, Justin Bieber, who got married in 2018, have kept Jack’s face private, only sharing a picture of his tiny foot when he was born in mid-August. Justin welcomed him by posting, “Welcome home Jack Blues Bieber.”
After Jack’s birth, Hailey’s dad, Stephen, congratulated them on social media. He and Justin’s mom, Pattie Mallette, celebrated the new arrival together. Pattie posted, “CONGRATULATIONS @justinbieber and Hailey. I LOVE YOU FOREVER BABY JACK!” and Stephen quickly added, “Amen, Congratulations to you and may God continue to bless our family.”
However, it’s said that Hailey has decided to keep her parents away from Jack after their relationship became strained during her pregnancy. An insider mentioned that things worsened when Stephen asked fans to pray for Hailey and Justin on social media.
He shared a video of Justin Bieber that was posted by Victor Marx, the founder of All Things Possible Ministries. The video included a message asking Christians to pray for Justin and Hailey, wishing them wisdom and protection.
A source told MailOnline that Hailey had a big argument with her family after her dad asked for prayers for her and Justin. She told him she didn’t want him getting involved in her life. The insider also mentioned that Stephen reminded Hailey that she might not have even met Justin if he hadn’t introduced them.
“Hailey was really upset about this,” the source said. Recently, Hailey mentioned that she isn’t very close to her famous relatives anymore. In an interview with W Magazine, she talked about feeling distant from them because she values her independence. She said, “I’m my own individual now, and I’ve built my own family.”
Hailey also shared that she has “very fond, beautiful memories” of her “fairly normal childhood.” However, after the interview was published, her father, Stephen Baldwin, responded with a selfie video on social media.
