A second wrote: She was emotional because she got a standing ovation like she does everynight after singing champagne problems and every single night she gets emotional at it.

Well he did co-write that song with her. Maybe she was thinking of a memory. Especially if she was given a standing ovation. Another user added.

In an interview with *The Sunday Times Style*, Joe shared his thoughts on keeping their relationship private. “As everyone knows, we together — both of us, mutually — decided to keep the more private details of our relationship private. It was never something to commodify and I see no reason to change that now,” he said.

In the interview, when asked about Swift’s latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” which is rumored to be about their breakup, he chose to focus on the broader emotional challenges rather than directly addressing the album.

Joe Alwyn admitted that the ending of his relationship with Taylor was “a hard thing to navigate.”

Joe shared: “I would hope that anyone and everyone can empathize with and understand the difficulties that come with the end of a long, loving, fully committed relationship of over six and a half year.

When asked if he had listened to Taylor’s latest album, *The Tortured Poets Department*, Joe’s response was thoughtful and empathetic. “In thinking about what I was going to say, I would think and hope that anyone and everyone can empathize. This isn’t a direct answer to your question, but just thinking about what I want to talk about.”
