Julia Roberts is a celebrity who lives a pretty normal life. She’s been married to Daniel Moder, a cinematographer, for 19 years, and they seem really happy together.
They have three kids: twins Phinnaeus and Hazel, who are both 16, and a son named Henry, who’s 14.
They don’t often show their kids to the public, and they keep them away from social media and big events.
We got a glimpse of Hazel with her dad at the Cannes Film Festival in France in July. They were there for the movie Flag Day, where her dad worked as the choreographer, and Sean Penn directed it.
Even though Hazel wasn’t in the movie, she came along to support her dad. People couldn’t help but notice how beautiful she looked.
Some say Hazel got her mom’s nose, but lots of people think she looks a lot like her dad, who’s handsome. It’s no wonder she’s attractive too! Hazel has blonde hair and blue eyes.
At the Cannes event, she wore a pretty yellow lace dress and black heels. Her hair was tied back, and she didn’t wear too much makeup. She looked really classy!
Her dad, Moder, was obviously proud of her and stuck with her the whole time.
We don’t know if Hazel or her siblings want to work in movies because their parents don’t talk about them much and like to keep them away from fame. This makes sense because Julia Roberts is very down-to-earth. Even though she’s very rich, about $250 million rich, she doesn’t act like a big star. She stays humble and modest.
In 2016, Hazel and her brothers had small parts in Julia Roberts’ movie “Mother’s Day.”
In 2018, Julia Roberts talked to Harper’s Bazaar about her kids:
“I don’t think they’ll ever really get how famous I am. I remember once they started realizing it, they were like, ‘You’re famous?’ And I said, ‘Yeah, some people might know who I am because of the movies I’m in.’”
She talked about how kids today face different challenges than when she was young. Julia said, “It’s like when I used to tell my mom, ‘Mom, you don’t get what it’s like being a teen now,’ even though she probably did.”
Julia and Danny don’t really understand what it’s like to be a teenager today. When her kids ask her things, she says, “I don’t know, so I’ll say no for now and look it up later.”
