Homeless Man Helps Woman Pay for Pizza, Police Approach Him the Next Day

A homeless man named Caleb, who had been sitting outside a diner in Lindborg, Kansas, during a rainy day, noticed a woman inside the diner who seemed distressed and in need. Despite having only a few dollars to his name, Caleb felt compelled to help and stepped in to pay for her pizza.

However, the manager of the diner, suspicious of Caleb’s actions, called the police, who took him away that night. Caleb, who had been struggling with homelessness for months due to debt from the pandemic, had never had any issues with the authorities before and was taken aback by the situation.
