Shocking footage captures the moment a homeless man attacks a good Samaritan after being given a coat.
Police reported that the 59-year-old victim approached the 25-year-old man, identified as Xavier, to offer him a coat. Xavier then forcibly threw the victim to the ground and stole his wallet.
