The spokesperson revealed that the surgery was successful, and although Kate is expected to remain in the hospital for 10 to 14 days, it’s emphasized that the operation was not related to cancer. The Wales family has requested privacy during this time. The official statement also mentioned that Kate is unlikely to resume public duties until after Easter.
