The Williamsburg Bridge connects two of the most trendy neighborhoods in NYC. Stop by Essex Market in LES for some delicious empanadas, then walk to an art show in Williamsburg.

Brooklyn Bridge

Brooklyn Bridge is a historical marvel that connects two major tourist hotspots. The bridge will take you to the Financial District where you can see filming spots for the show Law and Order. Or you can walk over to Brooklyn for dinner in DUMBO and a leisurely walk through Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Beach Hopping

You can also enjoy New York summer activities that get you away from the hustle and bustle. Get your sunblock and beach gear ready for these sweet escapes within the city limits.

Jacob Riis Beach

Jacob Riis Beach is in Queens and is on the National Park Registry. This federal registry preserves the beach’s appearance so you can enjoy a trash-free shoreline.

There is a topless section of the beach and a family-friendly section for the little ones. The beach is also LGBTQIA+ friendly, so come and spread the love.

Coney Island

Coney Island is a great place to let your inner child run wild. Ride the 95-year-old Cyclone or the newest Thunderbolt steel coaster at Luna Park.

After you scream your guts out, grab a Nathan’s hotdog and enjoy your meal on the sandy beach. If you are in NYC around the 4th of July, you can catch the annual Nathan’s Hotdog eating contest at Coney Island.
